This past weekend , I did a small workshop about how to stop negative thought process and how to break your mental thought process. The Mental thought process that should be causing Joy and Happiness and Self-Confidence but may not be doing that. Many people go through a series of negative thoughts and decisions and beliefs and it spirals out of control until they become a Debbie Downer to others- or even worse, they become depressed and anxious. This is how people lose control of their lives.
Those that attended this workshop learned how to break those chains of negative thoughts and how to create a chain of positive thoughts that create success!
It was a smaller workshop and those are my favorite to do! I got to answer everyone’s questions and did a demonstration and also invited people to start using the skills on each other and as well at home and at work!
